Specialist in consulting and litigation in individual labor law, collective labor law, social security, immigration, and inspections. Provides legal representation for companies in the mining, industrial, services, education, health, agribusiness, telecommunications, aviation, oil, and public sectors. Experienced in implementing personnel management policies and procedures, pay equity policies, sexual harassment prevention, among others.
Previously served as a lawyer for Grupo Brecca, Gonzales Hunt Labor Law Firm, and Rubio Leguía & Normand Law Firm. Former teaching assistant to Javier Neves Mujica (Professor of Labor Law for the courses “Labor Law Integration Seminar” and “General Labor Law” at PUCP). Former Director of Research at the Association for Labor Law and Social Security Studies (EDLAB) at PUCP, former member of the Ius Et Veritas Law Journal, and the Social Organization and Employment Studies Group (GEOSE).
